Sutars Heavy Duty Plug
This heavy-duty plug from Sutars is suitable for cigar lighter sockets as well as all Sutars marine quality sockets and is manufactured to the highest quality guaranteeing that the plug stays connected until removed.
The three contacting springs of the negative carrier keeps the plug in position in the socket and so the hot end stays in full contact with the +pole of the socket at all times. The 7-mm Ø cable inlet allows 2 x 2.5 mm2 insulated wire. The +/- marked screw terminals are likewise for easy and quick fitting of the wires.
The cable for the +terminal is 1.5 cm longer than the negative.
AWG 18 = 0.82 mm2 - AWG 16 = 1.31 mm2 - AWG 14 = 2.08 mm2.
